Patricia Perez-Ayala has been appointed senior vice president, chief marketing officer, and global brand and category president at Avon. She will report to Sheri McCoy, Avon’s chief executive officer, and will join the company’s executive committee. Perez-Ayala joins Avon following more than 20 years with Procter & Gamble, most recently as vice president and general manager, Eastern Europe.
